Below are the items that The Kid has sold, somehow allowing herself to part with.  As with every piece the Kid designs, none are ever repeated. However, if there is one here -- or anywhere else for that matter -- which sparks your interest don't be afraid to contact us.  Something "similar" can be created, just for you. For example, "Sky Goddess" prompted the creation of "Aunty Em," a commissioned work.

Equinox

Autumnal equinox: when day balances night, and the promise of crisp evenings and crackling bonfires begin to whisper into your thoughts…

All the colors of autumn are here in this warm piece, which features a Bali gold vermeil bead as focal point.  Framing this are nuggets, rondelles, rounds and chips of delicious caramel apple honey chalcedony, yummy carnelian, glowing yellow jade, deep smoky quartz and brilliant spessartite garnets.  These gemmy and translucent beads are sparked here and there by gold vermeil daisies.

 18” long, it closes (appropriately enough!) with a sun and moon clasp.

Taken from Solomon’s treasure trove, surely this was a gift from Makeda herself.

A 40mm faceted smoky quartz teardrop centerpiece is embraced by double strands featuring briolettes of sunstone, hessonite garnet, and rare, chameleonic andalusite; marquis of citrine, long fingers of smoky quartz and gold coral, and iridescent olive biwa pearls.  Ending in substantial faceted ovals of smoky quartz and dainty 8mm carnelian rounds, this piece is sparked with gold vermeil daisies and beadcaps, and closes with a gold vermeil toggle clasp.

Don we now our gay apparel… and boy will it be nice with this piece to accompany it!

Here is a delightful piece, wondrous enough to make Maid Marion merry, too!  Large faceted nuggets of genuine chrysoprase are separated by simple blackstone discs and tiny natural smoky quartz faceted rondelles, all which set off a magnificent pendant of sterling-set dendritic chrysoprase, highlighted in turn by one absolutely gorgeous bi-colored smoky quartz/citrine gemstone!  Faceted short drums of chrysoprase and more smoky quartz faceted rondelles complete this necklace, which is touched here and there with Bali sterling daisies.

The tones in this piece are more subtle, softer, and although chunky surprisingly feminine. Silver-bearing dichroic art glass beads complement five natural raw nuggets of rich, lilac amethyst.   Highlighting all are irregular sterling silver “drip” spacers, and dainty rondelles of wonderful, genuine charoite.

Ahhh… summertime.  The blue, blue sky… the warmth of the sun, the flowers in bloom….

Such was the inspiration for this piece made of a combination of genuine blue chalcedony, white jade, candy jade, yellow jade, opalite and kyanite briolettes. Mixed among them are green Czech art glass leaves, and iridescent lavender Czech glass flowers, hand formed, which sport amethyst centers.  A glistening yellow Peruvian opal trapezoid is focal; the piece ends with faceted opalite rondelles, sterling silver beads, and a Bali silver “S”-clasp.

Mmmmm…  Take a walk through the gardens at midnight, and smell the heady fragrance of the night blossoms.
